DMCA Copyright Policy
Last updated: March 2026
www.peekme.to ("PeekMe", "Platform", "Website", "we", "our", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the Platform to do the same.
This DMCA Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized representatives may report allegedly infringing content made available through PeekMe, and how we may respond to such notices.
PeekMe is a user-generated content platform that allows users, including creators, to upload preview content, publish profile information, and share links to third-party external platforms. PeekMe does not claim ownership of user-submitted content and does not pre-screen all submitted materials before publication.
1. Copyright Respect
We take copyright infringement seriously. If you believe that any content available on PeekMe infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice requesting removal of that content.
We may remove, disable access to, or restrict availability of content that is alleged to infringe copyright, and we may take additional action against repeat infringers, including suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
2. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content
All users and creators are solely responsible for the content they upload, publish, display, or otherwise make available on PeekMe.
By uploading content to the Platform, a user represents and warrants that:
- the user owns the content, or has all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to upload and publish it;
- the content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party;
- the content complies with applicable laws and the Platform's Terms of Service.
PeekMe does not independently verify the ownership, originality, or legality of each uploaded item.

4. Incomplete or Invalid Notices
If your notice is incomplete, unclear, or does not contain the required information, we may be unable to process it. We reserve the right to request additional information before taking action.
Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith claims may result in legal liability. Please ensure that your claim is valid before submitting a notice.
5. What Happens After We Receive a Notice
After receiving a valid copyright complaint, we may:
- review the notice and the identified content;
- remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- notify the user or creator who uploaded the content;
- request additional information from the complaining party or the uploader where appropriate;
- take further action against accounts associated with repeated or serious violations.
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion where copyright infringement appears reasonably likely, or where necessary to protect the Platform, third parties, or applicable legal compliance.
6. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification.
Your counter-notification should include:
- your full legal name;
- your mailing address;
- your email address;
- identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original complaint or that person's agent;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward your counter-notification to the original complaining party. If appropriate and legally permitted, we may restore the content unless the complaining party initiates legal action within the time required by applicable law.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
PeekMe maintains a policy of taking appropriate action against users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
Such action may include, without limitation:
- removal of infringing content;
- temporary suspension of uploading privileges;
- loss of creator privileges, credits, payouts, or monetization access;
- termination of the user's account;
- restriction from using some or all parts of the Platform.
We may determine repeat infringement based on the number of notices received, the seriousness of the violations, the credibility of complaints, and other relevant circumstances.
8. Third-Party Platforms and External Links
PeekMe may contain links to third-party websites, creator subscription platforms, social platforms, or other external services.
This DMCA Policy applies only to content hosted or made available on PeekMe itself. If the allegedly infringing content appears on a third-party website linked from PeekMe, you should also contact the operator of that third-party website directly.
PeekMe is not responsible for content hosted entirely outside its own platform.
9. No Legal Advice
This DMCA Policy is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, or whether your notice or counter-notice is appropriate, you should consult a qualified attorney.
10. Reservation of Rights
We reserve all rights to:
- investigate alleged infringement;
- request proof of ownership, authorization, identity, or additional documentation;
- remove or refuse content at our discretion;
- suspend or terminate accounts involved in infringement disputes;
- modify this DMCA Policy at any time.
Any updated version will become effective once published on the Platform.
